Cancellations:
Planning and scheduling vacations and campgrounds can be a challenge.  Besides the unknown work schedule, soccer games, and different policies for state parks and private campgrounds, we know that things can change.  We continue to remain as flexible as possible for our guests, but we are a small business and depend upon a high occupancy rate for our relatively short season.  Our experience is that cancellations with less than 1-2 month's notice are generally not re-booked by last minute requests.  This is because it is often not possible for wait list guests to get campsites and those who have campsites already found other camper solutions.

So if you must cancel, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so that we might offer our RVs to other guests.
A rental can be rescheduled to a later date on a case-by-case basis or cancelled entirely.

Our cancellation policy:
* Full refund for cancellations received more than 8 weeks before the first scheduled camping day.
* $50 fee withheld for cancellations received 4-8 weeks before the first scheduled camping day.
* $200 fee withheld for cancellations received less than 4 weeks before the first scheduled camping day.
If we are able to change your dates, we may waive any cancellation fees.
Refunds are returned to the credit card used to make the original deposit payment.

It is not our intention to benefit from cancellations. We would like to get you camping instead. Let's work together for your situation.
We remain available by email or phone to discuss your concerns, suggestions, or questions.

Dear Guests,

These are unprecedented times, which will continue to develop on a daily basis. We want to encourage you to follow the advice of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the State of Michigan regarding safety measures and travel recommendations. Please protect your health and those around you.

We are monitoring state park/private campground policies and communications to remain informed of any changes which could impact our guests. In addition, we have evaluated our policies and practices for camper cleaning to ensure we are doing all we can. The list of items we provide, (such as dishes, linens, camp chairs, etc.) may be changed in the near future. If so, we will clearly communicate this in advance of your vacation.

Our goals are simple:
  • Put your health and vacation enjoyment first.
  • Do the right things.
  • Maintain the trust and confidence of those we serve.

Best Regards,

Marci & Mark
